The path to Reiki began as a quiet whisper after my dad passed away in 2020—a moment that changed everything. Grief opened a space for reflection, a deep need to understand healing beyond the physical. That loss became the catalyst for seeking peace, comfort, and connection in a world that suddenly felt unfamiliar. The search for balance and meaning led to the discovery of Reiki. What started as an interest soon became a calling to explore the deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Discovering the Power of Energy

A pivotal moment on my Reiki journey was meeting Gail Boggs, a friend of my mom's who has since become my Reiki mentor. Gail introduced me to the world of Reiki with warmth and wisdom, opening doors to possibilities I had never imagined. Her guidance transformed what was once a curiosity into a profound calling.

Gail possesses an incredible ability to connect with energy and has a gift for teaching with compassion and clarity. Under her mentorship, I began to truly comprehend the depth of Reiki. Her insights and encouragement have been instrumental in my growth, providing a safe space to explore and expand my understanding. The lessons learned with Gail have been invaluable, setting the foundation for my practice and inspiring me to share this healing art with others.

Through every session and conversation, Gail has shown me the trans-formative power of Reiki, not just as a healing practice, but as a way of life. Her influence continues to guide me, reminding me of the beauty and potential within each moment. Training and Growth

Learning Reiki opened a new chapter of self-discovery. Each level of training brought deeper understanding and stronger intuition. The attunements were not just about technique—they were moments of awakening. This past September, I received my attunement & my Second Degree Reiki Holy Fire III Certification under the guidance of Gail Boggs & Sarah Colby at SarahLee’s Healing Mountain Crystals , located in Downtown Danville. Through practice, meditation, and connection with mentors, the ability to sense and channel energy became more natural. Reiki became a daily practice, a way to align with universal energy and live with greater awareness.

Healing and Transformation
